Why CodBizz exists
After years of working inside the Indian IT industry, a pattern became impossible to ignore. Projects that should take 4 weeks took 12. Simple requirements turned into 30-page documents. Clients paid for senior developers and got juniors. Agencies billed for communication, meetings, and 'project management' that added cost but not value.
The result was always the same — frustrated clients, bloated budgets, and software that kind of worked but never quite fit. Milan Tailor founded CodBizz in 2021 with one goal: cut all of that out.
No unnecessary documentation. No scope arguments. No layers of management between the client and the developer. Just a small, senior team that understands your business, agrees on a clear plan, and executes — month after month.
What started as one engineer's conviction has grown into a team of 8 senior specialists. The longest client relationships are now 4+ years old and still active. Not because clients are locked in — because the work keeps delivering value.
