How a retainer compares
A mid-level developer in the UK costs £60,000–£80,000 a year, and that is one person with one set of skills. Our Full Tech Team starts at $3,500/month with multiple developers and full-stack ownership.

Pricing questions
How much does CodBizz cost?
Plans start from $1,200/month (Starter Partner), $2,000/month (Growth Partner) and $3,500/month (Full Tech Team). These are starting prices; we confirm the plan and the exact monthly fee after a free 30-minute discovery call.
What do I get for $1,200 a month?
Starter Partner covers monthly maintenance, bug fixes and updates, tech support and a monthly progress report. It suits a business that already has a working system and needs a dependable team to keep it healthy.
What is the difference between Growth Partner and Full Tech Team?
Growth Partner adds active feature development, third-party integrations and a dedicated developer, with weekly updates. Full Tech Team adds multiple developers, ERP, CRM and mobile work, architecture decisions and direct Slack access — like an in-house tech department.
Is there a minimum contract?
There is no long-term contract. New retainers have a 30-day review period in which you can exit with no penalty. After that, ending the retainer needs 30 days’ notice.
Do we own the code and the hosting?
Yes. All code lives in your GitHub repositories and your AWS account. We work inside your accounts, not ours, so you can walk away at any time with everything intact.
Are hosting and third-party costs included?
We manage your AWS hosting as part of every plan. Because everything runs in your own accounts, your cloud bill and any third-party fees — payment gateways, app-store fees, paid APIs — are paid by you directly to the provider.
How quickly can you start?
After the discovery call and proposal sign-off, onboarding can begin within a week. The first sprint usually starts within 10 days of agreement.
Can you work alongside our existing developer or team?
Yes. Many clients bring us in to extend an existing team — taking over specific systems, building new features, or handling infrastructure while their in-house person focuses elsewhere.
