The problem

Five separate apps needed one way to be managed, engagement and retention were hard to measure, and children’s learning classes cost parents ₹10,000 or more.

What we built

One Node.js backend on PostgreSQL controls every app, with a React admin panel for curriculum, student and teacher CRMs, homework, subscriptions, WhatsApp campaigns and 15+ reports. Learners get gamified lessons with adaptive difficulty, leaderboards and rewards.

What changed

Every app now runs from one place. A subscription replaces costly classes, the curriculum is managed without a developer, and learners in 653+ cities get multi-device sync with an offline mode.
